Bored at work. A couple Ferrari came in for trade in. A 355 and a 360. Out of curiosity, I started to trace down the predecessors. Eventually, things got fuzzy on what was a Fezza (lol). Is a car built and designed by one dude not that dude’s car? Does the first Ferrari have to be a street car? Can it be a race car? Can it be a prototype? Candidates below.

Thoughts?

Bonus: Enzo had one son that lived. He had a daughter who has 2 children. Any idea who Enzo’s (documented) grandchildren are?

According to Wikipedia, Piero Ferrari has a daughter and two grandchildren, but there are no citations for that.

Technically I would say 815. Though the 125 S was the first street car, and the first to wear the badge.

Speaking of 355s, you may declare any postings or findings of 355 deals on the internets as #AxialBait because I am low-key in the market for one.

NO SPIDERS.

I am starting to lean that way but racing dudes are convinced with the Bimotore in a Carroll Shelby sort of way

Yeah, I think tracing the lineage of an Italian millionaire is an insurmountable task.

I’d say that it’s the first car officially produced by the company, so those early Alfas (although awesome) wouldn’t count IMO.
